Welcome to Gemineye App! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gemineye App (the "App"), owned and operated by Gemineye Company Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if between 13-17 years old.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must not share your account or allow others to access it.

• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. App Features & Use

Gemineye App provides networking features, including but not limited to:

• Social and business networking

• Connection cards for meaningful conversations

• Dating and friendship matchmaking

• Educational resources on effective communication

You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner and not to engage in misconduct, including harassment, spamming, fraud, or inappropriate content sharing.

5. User Content & Conduct

• You retain ownership of any content you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, or distribute it.

• You must not post offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

7. Subscription & Payments

• Some features may require a subscription or one-time payment.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

8. Termination & Suspension

• You violate these Terms.

• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate courts in Tanzania.
