By creating an account or using Gemineye, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gemineye for dating, networking, or social interactions.
2. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Use the App only for lawful and respectful communication
Gemineye may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscription & Payment
Gemineye offers monthly and annual subscriptions that unlock premium features.
You agree that:
Purchases are processed through Apple
Subscriptions auto-renew
Cancellations must be done through your Apple ID settings
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Upload harmful or explicit content
Impersonate another person
Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
Engage in fraud or illegal activities
Upload copyrighted material you do not own
Non-compliance may result in account termination.
5. User Content & Permissions
You retain ownership of your content.
By using the App, you grant Gemineye permission to:
Display your content within the App
Process it for matching and communication
Store it in accordance with the Privacy Policy
Gemineye may remove inappropriate or harmful content.
6. Safety Disclaimer
Gemineye promotes meaningful communication and networking. However, we do not conduct background checks.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
Meet in public places, use caution, and report suspicious behavior.
7. Intellectual Property
All App content, branding, trademarks, software, and design remain the property of Gemineye Company Limited.
8. Termination
Gemineye may suspend or delete your account if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App
You engage in harmful or illegal behavior
You may delete your account at any time through the App.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Gemineye is provided “AS IS.”
We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or uninterrupted service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Gemineye is not liable for:
User interactions
Loss of data
Financial losses
Indirect or consequential damages
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
